In the words of Helen Keller, “life is an amazing adventure or nothing at all.” I’m lucky to be making an amazing adventure of my retirement and am capturing as many memories as I can to share with those who have the same love of nature.

I was born and raised in Chicago and am proud to have served my country in the U.S. Army. My wife Kelly and I share four young adult children and worked together selling real estate along Colorado’s Front Range. In 2017, feeling overworked and eager for a change of scene and slower pace, we moved to Puerto Rico. We love island life, but found ourselves missing family and friends on the mainland, so in 2020, we bought an RV and spend several months a year traveling around the U.S. Between visits to loved ones, we plan out the most scenic driving routes, stopping at national parks and adventuring along the roads less traveled.

I’ve loved taking photographs since my teenage years, but adulting got in the way and I had little time to pursue it as an art form. Now that Kelly and I are realizing our dream of traveling to some truly stunning areas, I’m honing my photography skills by documenting our many adventures. Thanks for joining me on the journey.
