A native Californian, Diane Cutter grew up in Spain and Old and New Mexico. She received formal art training in Virginia and El Salvador. A resident of Puerto Rico since 1992, her studio is located in the hills above Ceiba. Cutter is co-founder and past President of the East End Art Guild. Memberships include: Asociación Acuarelista de Puerto Rico, New Mexico Watercolor Society, International Society of Marine Painters, American Society of Marine Artists.
