What is Alcohol Ink?
Alcohol inks are fast-drying, highly pigmented, and acid-free dyes that are activated with isopropyl alcohol. Unlike traditional paints, these inks move freely across non-porous surfaces like Yupo paper, creating organic textures, flowing gradients, and stunning abstract effects. The results are often unpredictable—in the best way—making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.
