About the event
Baklava is a typical Greek dessert made with Walnuts, honey, cinnamon and cloves wrapped in filo and topped with a sweet syrup. You will learn how to work with filo dough and prepare an authentic Baklava that will impress your friends and family. It is not as difficult as you may think.
Included are the lesson with Sophia, including a brief history and recipe, all ingredients and equipment to make your own Baklava to take home, a light lunch and refreshments, and a lot of fun!
