Judith Monge was born in Manhattan, lived in Brooklyn, and has always been involved with art of all sorts. For the last 13 years she has been living in Luquillo, PR, working on her art, and becoming increasingly absorbed in watercolor. She is a member of the Puerto Rico Watercolorists' Society.
