Keishya Salko

Trained extensively in modern dance and creative expressive dance, performance in theater with an additional focus on directing new works by emerging playwrights Keishya is a retired advanced hang gliding pilot as well as advanced hang gliding certified instructor with a nice dash of feminist political stand-up comedy in her past. Keishya brings her curiosity and emotional depth into the exploration of life these days and is further exploring creative writing and photography. 
 

Not seeking fame any longer (wink), now at almost 68 she creates to shine the light of connection, for herself, for the dreamers and anyone else looking to feel a little less alone in this ‘upside down world’.

Her photography features themes of light and love and asks the question how/what do we 'see' when we 'look'.

A proud graduate from the Ada Comstock Scholars Program at Smith College in 1992 with a BA in Theatre. She cartwheels at times just for fun as she continues learning everyday in the school of life.
