Victor Mullen
When in Rome (Luquillo) paint the light. My paintings on this sight are all water colors (done en plein air) as they are a challenge and portray light effectively.
I painted water colors in Ogunquit Maine in 1976 and haven't returned to them until last year in Luquillo. This is my second year of retirement from teaching art for over 25 years in Walton NY. Over the years, I painted mostly in Acrylic and incorporated interactive sculptures into them most recently.
My undergraduate degree in Art is from Philadelphia College of Art (now University of the Arts), I spent a year studying painting and sculpture at the Academy of Art in London, England and received my Masters degree from SUNY New Paltz. I showed two water colors from last year with EEAG in Humacao and twenty plus water colors in two galleries in New York.
