About the event
Spanakopitakia is the typical Greek pita (little pie) filled with spinach, feta cheese, scallions, parsley and dill and then folded into filo and baked to perfection. You will learn how to work with filo dough and prepare authentic Spanakopitakia that will impress our family and friends. They're great for appetizers or a side dish or even just a snack. It's not as difficult as you may think.
Included in the fee mentioned above are all ingredients and equipment to create your own Spanakopitakia to take home, light lunch and refreshments and a lot of fun!!
